Introduction: Patients with mutations in the Succinate Dehydrogenase Complex Subunit B (SDHB) gene are predisposed to neuroendocrine tumours such as parangangliomas, phaeochromocytomas and gastrointestinal stromal tumours. Individuals who are carriers but have no manifestation of disease require regular surveillance.
